Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing and using Studio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Studio provides web design, development, branding, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project proposals agreed upon by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones. Late payments may result in project delays.
5. Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
